Uses

• Use Panaway to massage after physical activity for an uplifting sensation.
• Apply to the neck and shoulders in the morning for a refreshing smell experience.
• Mix 1 drop of Panaway with 4 drops of carrier oil, then apply to the scalp and the back of the neck and gently press for a refreshing moment.

Directions for Use

Topical: Dilute 1 drop of Panaway oil with 1 drop of olive oil and apply to the desired area.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 3 times a day, 30 minutes each time.
