Uses:

 Apply to feet and knees before and after physical activities.

Blend with carrier oil and gently massage onto a child's legs before bedtime.

Rub onto the lower back muscles after a long day.

Directions for Use:

Apply to the targeted area. To reduce skin sensitivity, dilute with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
