Applications

• Spread bergamot oil in the classroom, at work, or at home when stress or tension levels are high.
• Apply to skin while showering and inhale deeply to experience its calming scent while enjoying its purifying skin benefits.
• Swap out regular tea for Earl Gray with the addition of bergamot oil.
• Apply to feet before bed or use with fractionated coconut oil for a soothing and relaxing massage.
• Add a drop or two to your homemade skincare cleanser.

Instructions for use

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.

Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.

Topical use: Apply one or two drops to the desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimize skin sensitivity.
